Sales monitor and sales performance analytics
Dashboard system for sales monitoring (internal and external from IMS data) and for field force performance, with several degrees of detail, allowing a fast and reliable check on the achievement of budget and target objectives. This system has been rolled out in Spain, Turkey, Greece, Portugal and UK.
Analytics for Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
DSO report and monitoring for single client, area and company, with passive interests calculation for delayed payments by means of a specific dashboard for the Credit Manager, taking also in consideration the national industry average of payments.
Sales performance Analytics
Collection of dashboards for sales monitoring and comparison of the main EMEA (core 5) countries based on common configurable KPI’s.
IMS data Analytics for the International Gilead headquarter – UK)
Automatic production of analytic IMS reports aimed to the Board and the sales organisation, together with a group of dashboards configurable by type and graphic layouts.
Commission statement reporting based on IMS data for Gilead Sciences İlaç Tic Ltd – Turkey)
In order to avoid the heavy manual interventions due to a complex incentive system, a specific processing tool has been developed; this system, based on the IMS selling data, automates the commission statement calculation thanks to a high level of flexibility and accuracy.
A new Sales Forecast procedure based on a time series and linear regression analysis, has been realized to forecast the sales performances of specific products (mature and new). This tool allows the analysis, the review and the optimization of the following processes:
o consumption and sales for single products
o stock evaluation for hospital channel
The system has been deployed with the “Software as a Service” option.
